Saturday Training Session: Cross-training Back & Core specific
5 minutes bike (level 7 / cadence 80-90)
5 minutes row (1000m in 5 minutes)
2 x 15 seated row
2 x 12-15 lat pulldowns
5 minutes bike (level 7 / cadence 80-90)
5 minute walk (6kph / 5degree incline)
2 x 15 barbell deadlifts
2 x 15 bent over DB row
5 minutes bike (level 7 / cadence 80-90)
bench leg raises 2 x 15
cable side bends 2 x 20
db side bends 1 x 20
crunches 2 x 20
treadmill 5 minutes cool down.
