The day after my new running regime.

OWWWWW! my legs are in so much pain, my calf's feel like they're on fire. I know I'm not used to running while 20stone. Pain is temporary, quitting lasts for ever (Lance Armstrong). Go lance. Stretch, rest, refuel then go again. Push, Burn, Move it. I'll see if the next run is as painful.
